About Factory Capabilities
HUIN's factories use specialized lines for glass, plastics, assembly, and decoration, combining automation and skilled workers to ensure efficient, consistent, and OEM/ODM production.
Glass Workshop
The glass workshop spans 42.8 acres and is built for large-scale, premium bottle and jar manufacturing. It features two large, efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly oxy-fuel combustion kilns, each 120 square meters in size, and 21 supporting production lines (6×DG, 6×SG, and 1×9S), delivering stable, repeatable quality for demanding beauty and personal care applications.
Decoration Workshop
The decoration workshop extends over 6,500㎡, with an additional 3,000㎡ dedicated to metallization for high-end finishes. Its equipment includes 20 silk-screen printing machines, 10 hot stamping machines and 3 spraying lines, providing extensive options for color, texture and metallic effects.

Extensive Ready-mold Library
Molds sit at the heart of glass product performance and aesthetics, so HUIN treats them as a strategic asset. HUIN has built and manages over 3,000 molds and is one of the largest mold factories in Guangzhou, China, giving the team strong control over quality, lead times, and costs. This well-stocked mold library—with thousands of molds across bottles, jars and closures—allows many projects to move quickly.
Surface Decoration Processing
Surface treatment processes can transform high-performance glass packaging into products with strong market appeal, and HUIN offers a full suite of decoration options—from color spraying and frosting to UV coating, hot stamping, screen printing, and more—to ensure that the product not only meets aesthetic expectations but also maintains durability during transport and use.
